Does anyone know the name of these children's movies?

There are two movies I used to LOVE when I was a little kid, but I
can't remember a name... or even anything more than a few abstract
details. But does anyone know which movies I'm talking about??

The first is an anime movie... I remember there was a little girl who
had just won a competition or something, and she was in a car. I think
they drove through a tunnel, and entered another world... and then
something happened, and her parents got turned into pigs. That's all I
remember. There may have also been something about a dragon, but I'm
not sure...

the other one starts as live action, but shifts to cartoon in the
middle. There's this rooster named shaunteclear (I'm not sure if this
is how you spell it. It's pronounced Shawn-teh-clear) who was supposed
to be like, a savior, but he changed his name and became a rock
star... I think.

I'm sorry I'm so fuzzy on details, I'm usually good at remembering
things. The last time I saw either of these movies, I was 2 or 3.
